2. Services Provided

Hydrovac Repair provides professional hydrovac truck repair and maintenance services including:

• Hydro excavation truck repair
• Vacuum truck repair and maintenance
• Mobile repair services
• Emergency and 24/7 repair services
• Diesel engine diagnostics and overhaul
• Pump, blower, and boom system repairs
• Preventive maintenance programs

Our services are available throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, with mobile service within approximately 300 miles of Lansford, PA.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual work performed, parts required, and any unforeseen complications discovered during service. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Service Scheduling & Cancellations

Service appointments are subject to availability. We strive to accommodate emergency requests as quickly as possible. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance for non-emergency services. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

5. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment including checks, wire transfers, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

6. Warranty & Limitations

We warrant our repair work for 90 days or as specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or issues arising from parts not supplied by us. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about equipment and service needs
• Ensuring safe access to equipment and work areas
• Maintaining proper insurance coverage for their equipment
• Following recommended maintenance schedules
• Promptly reporting any issues or concerns

8. Prohibited Uses of the Site

You may not use this website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Collect user data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the site

9. Limitation of Liability
